Stopping smoking is EASY if you go about it in the right way. To begin with, most smokers will go down the more conventional route, such as using willpower or nicotine replacements, not realising that the success rates of these methods are dreadfully low (approx. 3% and 6% respectively!). Of course, the powers that be are not likely to tell you this, because they are working to completely different agendas.
